The Dining Experience
Endo grew up immersed in a family tradition of sushi-making, learning from his father and grandfather whilst spending much of his childhood in their restaurant and at local fish markets. Influenced by his mother’s appreciation for other disciplined art forms, he developed a creative and refined approach to sushi that shapes his cooking style today.
It is under Endo’s creative direction that Executive Chef Chris Golding, and Head Chef Shibata Takehito lead a passionate kitchen team.
Kioku offers stunning panoramic views, with a vista that spans Whitehall, Covent Garden, and Westminster. Spot The Mall, Big Ben, Horse Guards, Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace and The London Eye from the comfort of our restaurant, private dining rooms, and terrace.

Bringing together a selection of our finest creations, the á la carte menu is a showcase for our sushi as well as showstopping main dishes. For quick lunches between Wednesday and Sunday, the Kioku Bento Box balances tradition with the busy pace of life in the city as a midday meal served in traditional bento boxes from Japan. Popular for business lunches in London, as well as a satisfying pause during sightseeing, our Kioku Bento selection is a lunch menu that is as authentic as it is convenient.
